How do I know which shade is right for me? We want you to love your look! We highly recommend browsing the high-definition swatches available on each product page. If you’re still torn between two shades, feel free to send us a message—we love playing virtual beauty consultant!
Why can’t I return my makeup or primer? Because we care about your safety! To guarantee that every product arriving at your door is 100% fresh and sanitary, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility.

📦 Shipping & Orders
My order arrived damaged. What should I do? Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please snap a quick photo of the damaged item and the packaging and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll get to work on a solution for you right away.
Can I exchange my item for a different one? Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Since we can’t take products back once they've been shipped, we suggest double-checking your cart to ensure everything is "The Wright Fit" before checking out.
What happens if I have an allergic reaction? While rare, we take skin sensitivities seriously. Please discontinue use immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can document the issue and provide you with store credit to find a formula better suited for your skin.
